Abstract: There is one and only one Aether. The principle of incommensurability tells me that there must be two modalities of the Aether that are orthogonal to each other. I am calling the first modality “Primary Aether” and the second modality “Secondary Aether”. There is a third modality or “Tertiary Aether” that is associated with matter. Matter cannot come into being until primary and secondary are present. The appearance of matter sets primary and secondary out of balance causing phenomenon such as gravity and electrostatic charge. All phenomenon in the universe can be explained as interactions between Primary, Secondary and Tertiary Aether.
Primary Aether, belongs to the domain of counter-space. Secondary Aether, belongs to the domain of space. Tertiary Aether is between space and counter-space. Primary Aether is pure inertia. Inertia belongs to the domain of counter-space. Secondary Aether can be visualized as a sea of vortex-antivortex pairs. For the sake of simplicity and artistic liberty, I refer to the vortex-antivortex structures as OM-Particles. Without Secondary Aether, the concept of space cannot exist. Without Primary Aether, Secondary Aether could not come into being. Secondary emerges from Primary. Primary Aether, which, for all intents and purposes, is a Bose Einstein Condensate or BEC, appears in the spaces between OM-Particles. Without “space” between OM-Particles, the concept of space could not exist. Without a sea of OM-Particles, the concept of “space” cannot be visualized. Put simply, Primary Aether IS counter-space and Secondary Aether IS space.
The vortex-antivortex pairs that I affectionately call OM-Particles are not atoms. They are more accurately modelled as dipoles and thus, can be thought of as tiny magnets. OM-Particles can be visualized as dual vortex flows of Primary Aether. Primary Aether is inertia (it resists change) and only flows when it “has to”. For example, a BEC, in its primary form, is completely inertial (without form). In the BEC experiments that I read about, when the BEC, is forced to spin, it initially resists this change. Eventually, vortex pairs begin to form in the BEC. Why? To conserve angular momentum. It dumps all of its angular momentum from the global BEC, into the local spins of small scale vortex-antivortex pairs. So, we can assume that something changed in the initial condition of Primary Aether that caused these OM-Particles to form. The Universal BEC appears to be “spinning-up”.
In the BEC experiments, the vortex pairs form at some transition temperature. It can be shown that the circular flow from “Vortex-A” flows into the core of “Vortex-B” and vice versa. I like to visualize this using the YinYang symbol. In my model, I use the YinYang as a simple schematic of an OM-Particle. The white and black dots in the YinYang symbol correspond to the vortex cores of the vortex pair, which can be visualized as sinks, The bigger black and white regions surrounding the cores, correspond to the vortex flow and vortex spin. As you can see, the “black” vortex fluid can be found in the core of the white vortex flow and vice versa. Experiments show that the vortex pairs in an actual BEC have the same behaviour. It is also found that, as, as the vortex pairs (OM-Particles) displace Primary Aether, they self-organize into a pattern that looks something like this on the left:
On the left is the image of a BEC filled with vortex-antivortex pairs which I affectionately refer to as OM-particles. On the right is the YinYang symbol which I use to help visualize OM-Particles. Now, imagine that each of the dark spots in the BEC image on the left is an OM-Particle (visualized as a YinYang symbol). In between the OM-Particles is what I am referring to as Primary Aether. The grid pattern, formed by the OM-Particles is what I refer to as Secondary Aether. If those dots were not there, then there could be no “space between the dots”. Without the “dots”, there is no Secondary Aether. Without the “dots”, the concept of “space” is not visualizable. Space between what? We need the dots. We need Secondary Aether in order to visualize space. Primary Aether on its own is “counter-spatial” in that it cannot be used to visualize “space” on its own. But, Primary Aether it must come first before OM-Particles can form because OM-Particles are vortex structures made OF Primary Aether. Primary Aether dumps all of its excess angular momentum into the vortex pairs.
In the beginning was Primary Aether, and god said, let there be Secondary Aether. Although Primary Aether fills the space between OM-Particles, space would not exist without OM-Particles. Primary Aether, on its own, is counter-spatial in that it cannot be used to define space in of itself. Counter-space is not a “place” nor is it a “space”. It is a concept. It is a “domain”.
Tertiary Aether can be thought of as the third modality of the Aether. It can only form after Primary Aether is filled with OM-Particles. Tertiary Aether appears when unpaired vortices (which we perceive as matter) begin to form in the Primary+Secondary Aether. This happens suddenly and without warning in a second phase transition in the Universal BEC. Most of the matter we see in the universe, formed in this phase transition which we perceive as the Big Bang. It is my opinion that the Big Bang is better thought of as a Big Phase Transition. In small pockets of the Universe, phase transitions continue to happen causing new unpaired vortex structures (matter) to emerge from the Aether. This is the source of the unexplained gamma ray bursts that we regularly observe from every direction in the sky. In other words, the Universe continues to “bang”. The Universe is continuously transitioning and transforming. This is why the Universe appears to be far from equilibrium. Tertiary Aether (matter) sets Primary and Secondary Aether out of equilibrium.
Below is the creation story according to The OM Particle theory. But first, I need to define the term inertia.
